Resolved Family Feud Quest

Summary:Accept quest in one village, however the target in the target village also has same quest to give making it so that you cannot complete the original quest as they say you already have a similar quest already.
How to Reproduce: Accept Family Feud in first village, have the village you have to go to have the same quest given by the target in the first quest. You will then be unable to complete the ordinal quest
Quest/Settlement Name (if related): Family Feud, Doqu to Mossom

Exact same issue here, can easily be reproduced if adjacent villages have notables with the same quest. I am unable to complete the quest for
Doqa --> Mossom.
