Summary: QUEST: FAMILY FEUD
Talking to notable not working the second time - Earlier "victim" staying the village causes this
How to Reproduce:
To make some things more straightforward I will name some of the npcs involved in this quest as follows:
Notable: The one who gave you the quest
Accuser: The one who you must either persuade or kill
Earlier victim: The one you had to protect earlier for the same quest and is now staying in the village.
Do a family feud quest a second time for the same notable and it won't progress because the EARLIER VICTIM stays in the accuser village and the accuser won't trigger the dialogue for progressing the quest (the one where you can do the 'breaking the law dialogue' or kill him).
HOWEVER if you recruit the earlier victim to your party(apparently game treats them as permanent companions) and enter the village again, you can trigger the dialogue for the accuser and complete the quest!
Easy fix for this should be to delete the earlier victim after the quest is done.
