Resolved Family Feud Bug and possible reason why

Like many others, I have had difficulty being able to complete the Family Feud quests. I am able to accept the quest and add the person being protected to my party, but when you confront the person you have to fight/convince, he just talks to you like normal and the person you are being protected is not there with you. This has occurred at several different villages. I believe the issue (at least in my case) is that you can only bring 3 companions with you to the village at a time. One follows you and the other two are usually wandering around. If you have more 3 companions with you (including the person being protected) then you will not bring the person being protected as the game does not currently prioritize him. I tested this by sending my other companions away on caravans and then I was able to move forward and complete the quest as normal.
 
The quest character also joins your clan and acts as your companion. I just sent him to do another quest for another village because I couldn't figure out how to complete the Family Feud quest lmfao.
 
Hmm i dont know if that can help but try putting the guy on top of the party like under you so the game should take him with you into the village and you need to talk to the person of interest while the guy is beside you close to the person and hopefully it should work ?
 
This bug is my main issue with the game so far.
Let's say, that:
A = the person we are meant to protect.
B = the person we are meant to protect A from.
V = destination village.
I noticed, that if I had never spoke to B before, than every time I spawn in the village the dialogue contains only introduction, and A does not "spawn" with me in V. In those cases just reentering V AFTER introduction solves the issue for me.
In other cases usually some mixture of:
- reentering V (both riding out of the village on the map and exiting the third person view back to the campaign map)
- entering the clan screen and clicking on A and then entering V
- waiting some time in V
solves the issue.
However, there's one case, where I couldn't manage to make it work. In that case A stays in my party after the quest fails and I have to dispose of him manually from the clan screen. This quest is given to me in Garengolia and V is Vinela.

Perhaps, but when you press Alt in the destination village you can see, that your other companions are present. They just aren't following you. Still, the guy being protected is not present.
try putting the guy on top of the party
I tried that and it didn't work.

You need to walk from the beginning of the town to the NPC in said village. Then introduce urself. leave village and enter again. This time the NPC will spawn.. well not always but in 80% of the cases

I had my dude spawn even with 6 compagnons in the village. However there is another nasty bug. If you tell one of your compagnons to gather all the others so they can help you beat the crap out of the village elders and his thus. The game freezes when that compagnons reaches the first compagnon. Then shortly after crashes.
