Family bug

I have a huge bug. All the ladies are not where they should be, as in all the D'shar women are married to Fierdsvain and Empire lords, but they are still sitting in Torbah. And I have fully restored my PoP files to unmodified versions and it's not fixed. does anybody know how to fix this?
And here is an error message I just got randomly.

It seems something caused them to go haywire. Restoring the files may not help at that point (unless you start a new game).
The error is very odd too. The OP codes do not number a billion so something odd is going on. The script error on the line after would be that either the suitor, the competitor or the guardian somehow has a troop value of -1 (which means no troop). That op code is on the troop_slot_eq operator.

If you did some text tweaking then this may be an undesired side effect of that. Otherwise I have no explanation at this point.

Hmm, restoring everything didn't help, so i backed it up and have my old modded files, but I have been launching the game from the WSE for another mod I have, and when I launched it normally, the first time I start a new game it works right. If I quit and tried another new game, it went crazy again and I had to restart the game. But I have a normal game now, so that's all that matters.
