Resolved Failed to login.

Windows 7 64Bit, same issue as everyone else, endless fail to login in Multiplayer, Singleplayer works fine thankfully.

Will likely be upgrading to Windows 10 this week so that should resolve it for me regardless but I'm hoping it's addressed soon regardless for those who cant.

Was the plan to only support Windows 10 and seeing that so many still had Windows 7 you guys gave in? Will you promise to continue support Windows 7 OS? If stand alones were to be sold, will they be Windows 10 only?

I think our community support team is more suitable to answer how will the future look like question. The issue in this thread was due to a change introduced with Early Access and we had some other problems on MP side that required immediate action. It definitely wasn't ignored due to it being a win 7 issue. Also we all are working from home and we didn't have a win 7 machine. Setting up one for investigating the issue also took a bit of a time.

BTW Battle Eye is not currently required. A Win10 user was able to resolve their Failed Login issue by uninstalling the Battle Eye software with their steps here.

It doesn't work for me even after the "fix". I have windows 10 too. Though I have discovered that it does work with a VPN which is odd because if the issue was the ISP then it shouldn't have worked at all with me, when it did work twice on my home ISP...
