Need More Info Failed to initialize BattlEye Service: Driver Load Error (1450)

A few days ago when I was starting up multiplayer I got this message on battleeye saying ''Failed to initialize BattlEye Service: Driver Load Error (1450).'' And now I have tried fixing it in so many ways but nothing is working.

Tried fixes:
Validated files multiple times.
Redownload game.
Turned off firewall.
Tried deleting battleeye.
Tried different versions of the game.
Downloaded all new drivers and windows update.
Cleared download cache.
Turned off test mode.
