Failed to contact to key server

Hey there,

One of my friends recently purchased Warband and the DLC, but when he clicks play it says Failed to Connect To Key Server... any fixes?

One way around is to not use Steam.

He tried all that in the link, still doesnt work =/ and.. he bought it through steam though?

If he has a 4x4 key he can use it without steam. If he has 6x6 or 5x5 or any other variation on the other hand, he needs to send a mail to sup[email protected] asking to have his current CD key converted.

He should definitely send a mail to Steam support as well, because this is an issue with Steam, not Mount & Blade.

Also, he's not on a Mac is he?

He doesnt know his CD key because it says failed to connect to key server, and nope hes not on a MAC

Restart PC. Contact Steam.
