Summary: If you failed to sneak into town with an existing criminal rating and you tried to open and close inventory/character or other screens, it will keep increasing your criminal rating
How to Reproduce:
1 - Get a criminal rating (I did it by refusing to hand over the 10 horses in a quest)
2 - Get in a town and fail the sneak (40%)
3 - On the fail screen with the only option to give up, open any screens such as the character, inventory or clan screens
4 - Your criminal rating will keep increasing by 10 every time you close the screen
