Faction won't fall

I've been playing Mount & Blade for 2 years soon I think, all three of them. I've therefore had a numerous playthroughs throughout those years. Even so I have encountered this annoying "notation" (I would call it a glitch, but it's probably not). So my issue is that when I am helpting out a claimant to rebell, at the very end, the enemy faction seem to never fall...

I have helped claimants before, and the faction falls soon after it's latest settlement is being captured. You will see all the lords defecting to other factions until a message pops up, saying that the faction has been defeated. My two latest tries never got that far. My current one got stuck at 3 lords left in the enemy faction, and my previous playthrough before that got stuck at 11.

So what have I done to try solving this? Well first of all - I've tried just waiting for about 1 in-game year, which is a pretty long time. I figured Something should've happened by then - nope. I've also tried talking to the lords and trying to get them to join the rebells instead, but they keep insisting that their current faction is better. On my previous save they even said that their faction was "stronger", without armies and settlements (wtf?). I've tried fighting them over and over, they just keep respawning at unkown locations. I've tried locking them inside my castles, trying to collect all of them...

The only thing I haven't tried that much is conquering other factions so that my faction would need more lords, and that would make those 3 lords defecting to my faction... But this is hard for me since our faction is weak compared to the others and our villages is already being burned by those 3 lords (which FYI often consists of no armies, just them. Which gives them like 9 in speed, impossible to hunt them down).

I just want to know what I have to do to get those lords defect?

EDIT: Oh Oh Oh, It's a bug? how long has it been there?
 
In 1.142, Lords started spawning even though their host faction had no fiefs. I believe 1.142 was released about  month and a half ago.

so it's supposed to be like this? How on God's earth are you supposed to end a war then?

I guess ending a war by obliterating the enemy is another thing. Poor Vaegirs couldn't handle a war with Khergits,Swadians and Nords. BUT THEY KEEP DAMN SPAWNING! ARGH

Vaegirs will have the same faith the swadians had. Muahaha

after searching for a week,i found a fix: turn on cheat mode,and kill all the lords at a single time. the faction will end. they will continue to raid for some time,but they'll start leaving the faction.
