Faction Renaming Not an Option (XB1)

Try as I might, I cannot change my faction name, I've waited days on end, captured and lost cities, but I still cannot change my faction name, and being placed as a rebel is getting pretty annoying. Can someone help? (I did abandon the rebellion.)

After rebelion ends, you have two options: Make yourself king of the faction, or place your character with who you start that rebelion. After you become a king, i belive, only then you can choose name and banner of the faction.

I never had either choice, and it seems to be a little too late for that.
