Faction/Lords and Kings

Right well I read somewhere about someone getting really annoyed with a king and wanted to kill him so I thought to myself, how cool would it be if you could go assassinate the king or capture him.

This would mean he would need to have a faction heir to take the throne and if there was none then you would be able to lead the faction.

My other suggestion, I am not sure if its being developed or already been suggested but I notice in battles, the Lords always seem to escape safely, it would be cool if you could capture the Lord or kill him, thus you would be able to totally wipe out a faction including capturing your enemies castles and towns.
