Face MOD?

Im sorry if this has been suggested or there is a proper section. I dont believe im a noob in forums but i am to this one. If you can tell me where to go or what to do please do.

My gripe is that with this new love/political part of Warband that if wanting to search for love (as part of your char's story) you ahve to choose from 1000's of girls all of which 2 could pass for not mentally retarded people. Seriously why do all the woman except some of the nords look like they have downs syndrome?

If you have a mod for this then please point me the way and otherwise if you all believe this is worthwhile i might just make that mod and in that case point me the way to start. Editing textures and what-have-ya is easy i just dont know how to get started.

Please tell me:
1. If a mod or expansion is out or coming out to fix the retarded look (purely facial features and shapes not the graphical qualities of the skin)
2. Where is should start if trying to make a new mod just for reskining faces.

I think "Litus" has the new face models. The mod itself is just Native, though a lot better.

Enable edit mode in the Mount&Blade:Warband launcher, then whilst in your *or any other* character screen, use the next/back buttons to browse through all the characters in the land of Calradia.

There are a lot, so it will take time. Eventually you will come across the fair ladies of the land Edit them as you please, by clicking on their character portraits, then click done, and exit...The effect should take place immediately.

It is just like editing the face of your own character. I often give my companions facial surgery

To replace all character facial models/shapes you will need a mod. Or do it yourself.

Apparently that will make my game go really slow. I dont have to leave it on but how slow does it make it and should it affect a AMD 3.2Ghz Dual Core, 4gb DDR2, 4870 512mb?

I just might do and we may be able to work together or more like ill send you the 3d model and you can stick them in your mod somewhere lol.

I've never noticed a frame-rate drop with Edit-mode on, but remember you can turn it off later regardless. Good-luck.
