No, I didn't use any mods.
Summary: So I've had this since I came back to play the game about a week ago and it makes battles practically unplayable. Basically anytime I move my character in any way that isn't extremely slow or just using my weapons, my FPS takes an extreme nosedive. Not like stuttering, but literally the FPS lowering while I move, over time reaching around 20 FPS and hovering around there. Happens when both on foot and on mount. As well as in jumps, though that isnt very noticeable unless you're jumping from a significant height as the time period is too short for the FPS to nosedive. As far as I can tell it happens on all versions of the game. I am playing on Linux (Steam Deck) but haven't had this issue previously. It happens on all Proton versions and neither verifying files or a fresh install removes the issue. I added a video of the issue, hopefully it is visible on video. Any help appreciated.
