extracting problem

ok so i downloaded the mod and was going to extract it when i got this
!  Cannot open C:\Users\my name\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Low\Content.IE5\358RWL5M\Chaos War V0.5[1].rar
!  The system cannot find the file specified.
!  C:\Users\my name\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Low\Content.IE5\358RWL5M\Chaos War V0.5[1].rar: No files to extract
this has never happened befor and i dont know what to do can anyone help

I believe renaming the file's extention to .rar / .zip would fix this for you.
