SP - General Extended Troop Training Model

Giving credit where credit is due, I was inspired by @Niomedes in his thread More ways to actively and passively train soldiers.

I believe the game would benefit from a more detailed and immersive method of training troops to extend the current in-game training system. This would be mostly active training (player controlled) rather than passive (current in-game). I am open to suggestions/changes to this concept.

Additional Requirements:
-A new skill under the Cunning attribute entitled "Trainer"

-A new training area that could be built in villages, castles, and towns which must be player-controlled. Castles and towns would have the ability to upgrade the size and capacity of the training area through improvements. Towns could use the tournament arena when tournaments are not occurring, or a dedicated training area. Villages would not have the option for improvement, but would rely on the Training skill and Cunning attribute of the player/companion (see below for more)

-The player would need to be able to enter the training area to spar with trainees, which would not only increase the trainees' skills but the player's/companion's as well (at a reduced %)

-A new role in the clan system entitled "Trainer". This would allow the player to take/relinquish the role as needed

-NPC that is not part of player's party hired as a trainer in towns and castles

-A camp that is explorable by the player to include:

-Training area
-Leader tent (war room and sleeping area)
-Troop tents
-Quartermaster's tent (player/companion role)
-Field armory (most likely to open the inventory more immersively, or a static object)
-Roving patrols (immersion)

-Added options in the settlement UI menus:

"Enter Training Ground", followed by "Begin Training of (insert troop type here)", followed again by "1 Vs 1", "10 Vs 10", or "Simulated Battle" (which could be held outside of the settlement to allow for more room than the arena)

Training Area Limitations by Settlement Type:
Camp:

-Would allow for a larger force to be trained, but the number of trainee's and XP gain would be determined by the player's Training skill and Cunning attribute
-With a high Training skill, it would be possible to train the entire army by individual troop type (infantry, archers, mounted units)

Village:

-No more than 15 troops could be trained at any one time
-Best suited for militias and peasants. XP gain would be based on troop tier and player/companion Trainer skill
-Low-tier troops (1-2) would receive the greatest XP gain, mid-tier troops (3-5) would receive half the XP gain of low-tier troops, and high-tier troops (6+) would receive no XP

Town:

-No more than 30 troops trained at one time, depending on training area improvements. Each level of improvement (total of 3) would increase amount of troops trained by 5 for a max of 45
-Best suited for mid-tier troops. XP gain would be based on troop tier and player/companion Trainer skill and improvements
-Low-tier troops (1-2) would receive a 1/3 less XP gain than mid-tier, mid-tier troops (3-5) would receive the greatest XP gain, and high-tier troops (6+) 1/2 that of mid-tier troops.

Castle:

-No more than 50 troops trained at one time, depending on training area improvements. Each level of improvement (total of 3) would increase amount of troops trained by 10 for a max of 80
-Best suited for high-tier troops. XP gain would be based on troop tier and player/companion Trainer skill and improvements
-Low-tier troops (1-2) would receive no XP gain, mid-tier troops (3-5) would receive the 1/2 XP gain of high-tier, and high-tier troops (6+) would receive the greatest XP gain

Trainer Types and XP Boosts:
Hired Garrison Trainer:

-Only be available in towns and castles. Hired through garrison management
-Lowest XP boost of 5%
-Cannot train high tier troops

Companion Trainer:

-Can train in all types of settlements
-Specialized training by weapon/mounted skills (one/two handed, polearms, bow/crossbow, riding, etc. related. Combination of skills are possible if two or more skills are above 75)
-XP boost of 10%
-Can train high-tier troops, but if Training skill is lower than 175, 3% is subtracted from initial XP boost

Player as Trainer:

-Can train in all types of settlements
-General or specialized weapon/mounted training. Additional boost of 3% if training player's highest skill is being trained
-XP boost of 15%, additional training boost not included
-Can train high-tier troops, but if Training skill is lower than 175, 3% is subtracted from initial XP boost

How To Begin Training:

Either the player or a companion would be assigned the Trainer role. While at a player-controlled settlement, the player would select "Enter Training Ground" option in the settlement UI to begin training of the desired troop and weapon type. Companion can be ordered through dialog (if in training role) to begin training specific troop and weapon types. The Hired Garrison Trainer would be accessible through the Enter Garrison UI menu after hiring through the same UI menu.

I welcome suggestions of ways to improve this system.
