Like the title says, I want to be able to create a fresh game and import my companions and their skill points (if possible equipment too).

But from the comments and the version history it's not updated since 1.4.0 beta (8 may) and a lot of people are complaining that it is not working, crashing, and creating various bugs in their game.
I don't think the console would be any better than this mod, especially if you have to input all different skills at different levels from different companions, you would also have to edit their attributes/focus, you could get equipments with cheat mod though.
If you know a way to open game save files, read companions stats and basically copy paste into an other one I would like to know how to do it too.
