Summary: There are issues with fidelity when exporting a heightmap in the scene editor. It appears to create a black bar on the top of the heightmap image, and there are areas which appear to glitch and either add elevation or remove it.

How to Reproduce
: Create a 16x16, 52 node size, 128x128 dimension scene. Edit the elevation at the borders of the scene. Add some miscellaneous elevation changes to the middle of your scene. Export Heightmap. Review terrain_heightmap.png file in the Win64_Shipping_wEditor folder. You will see a black line at the top of the image. You may also see a black dot in areas where you have raised the elevation. See the imgur link below for screenshots of the quick example I did to reproduce as well as a few shots of the original terrain I was working on that caused me to investigate this issue. Note the black bar at the top of the heightmap export, and the black dot in the middle of the raised elevation.
