So I don't know if these have been mentioned or found but I just wanted to list some exploits that I found during my time playing Bannerlord.
1. You can gain infinite trade xp by buying all the goods in a town and storing them into your stash as the stash counts as a market for some reason. This can be repeated by selling all misc. goods on the town market and then buying them all back right after only to be put into your stash for insane trade xp. (doing this i have gained 15 trade skill levels in one go)
2. Once trade level 225 is reached you unlock the ability to barter fiefs with other lords, thing is lords seem to value their fiefs at a negative value as you can ask for all their fiefs and they will give it to you not only for free but for most of their wealth as well as you can demand usually all their wealth in the barter deal.
Those are the two exploits or bugs that I found.
