Expert Khergit Archer Looking for Guild

Just got back into playing Warband MP, glad to see so many people playing- even if  i had to get the CRPG mod to find a LOT of people on one NA server.  Looking for a guild that needs a Khergit HA type, Ive played the game for ever and im pretty good- note: If playing on CRPG servers im still on 1st gen and it's going to be a while before I have enough points to make a 'real' HA.

EDIT- I am NA, good ping to all those servers mostly, 130-150 ping to many Euro servers.

Want:  A guild that plays other guilds in set matches, tournements, etc- and practices, uses actual teamwork. 
EDIT- Also need to be using some form of voice chat.
