Expanding on Hunting Animals

In Perisno, when you hunted deer; not only did you obtain deer meat, but you acquired their hides/pelts as well.  This made sense and made hunting a decent way to obtain some coin, especially early on when you couldn't take on most parties by yourself to obtain gear to sell.

Not only does this offer to make hunting worth doing; but it adds immersion and realism.  You could make it so each deer killed has a 30% chance of dropping a unit of hides and 15% chance of pelts/furs.  Boars will have a 50% chance of hides and 30% chance for pelts/furs.

Yes but only 1 after hunting 9-10 deer seems a little....nerfed.  All those animals downed and only 1 body was bothered to take a hide from?  And what about their fur?  My point being that if you made a % chance per animal, it would be more realistic and can be an alternative means of acquiring some small measure of coin.  There are normally only a couple/few parties of animals on the map at any given time and they are normally congested around the Cathar areas which is a large risk (especially early on) to go seeking them out.  So you have to make the decision if it's even worth the pelts and meat if you're likely to lose your entire party to Cathars.
