Executing Lords Still Working?

I don't think it is working, I am at -100 relations with lords and the option just isn't there.

You don't even have to be at -100 relations. I'm able to kill lords when I just capture. I don't like to though because then all of Bryenwalda gets -20 relations with you.

The option doesn't say *Kill lord* or anything you have to click on "You have committed high treason!" Then you kill him.
