Excluded from the server

Whenever I go into a server I banish me for nothing. I do not understand it makes me " excluded from the server." I managed to make a round at the most. I wish I had the answer.

Happens to me in every mp mod, that's so unfair, professionals get to play, and rookies are kicked out(cause I saw the players and they are the top people in this forum
