Need More Info Everything is Pink, Banner Says "Wrong"

How to Reproduce: launch game, still images fine until "Save Games" "Campaign" etc. guy flag wall all pink with black lines banner says "Wrong". Whole map in game is similar hue

I have two screen caps I can't post.

Everthing that moves is pink and says wrong in black, guy holding banner, the world map, town I'm in, Played a tournament the coliseum and people are pink say wrong in black with lines.

All the still images are normal

I hit up Nvidia settings and re-installed and it is all normal.
