Resolved Every Conversation is stuck at the same line v1.5.1

The Day is Won My Lord...

Every NPC I talk to triggers the same Conversation, enemy or ally. Can't get past it. I won an Ambush Caravan Quest and since then every time I talk to anyone, this pops up.
No matter what I press, after I quit the conversation and go talk to somebody else, same result. Image here

It's solved now, yes it was a mod that i did not know it had anything to do with conversations.
