When you schedule event you try and make it 10 times better than you expect. As in, numbers and much more, you would know this is you had actually done it before. Also all and I repeat, all the information anyone ever needed was on this forum. the noobs coming here and nagging at us for information they could find themselves not only slowed us down, but irritated the **** out of us. Also I dont like people who pass judgement too early, the event hasn't even happened yet, so it is literally impossible for it to already have failed, unless you can travel in time?
Also venitius, sometimes its better to remain silent..
1. I had been talking with Beaver for about a week planning the event, and only because it already coincided with the release of this patch, don't whine.
2. Thats a really helpful comment........ if you knew more, you would realise that all codes when being made, do things like crash the server, or malfunction, when the code isn't 100% ready, the code could be literally 99.9% ready and still crash the server. fact is, it is being made.
3. Finally, something I can agree with.
4. Actually Beaver has been thinking of going that way for a very long time, beginning with the announcement of Dominion. Not your "new" idea. We have had many long talks over the matter.

Venitius 说:LawL LawL 说:No release of patch,
We were rushed. The mod wasn't even in full momentum and we had to instantly get back to full speed when the event was announced.
thus no training for artillery and with the different things they plan on adding.
The arty is indeed a problem. Like destroying the server. Rest of the stuff isn't that impressive, last I heard brace wasn't in. Crouch was.
Attendance at trainings for units all around has been somewhat poor and replacements hopping in on the day of the event are probably less capable of forming up and understanding orders and tactics than the incapable regulars they replaced.
The problem is that many people all just signed up on the first day then disappeared.
If an event like this is scheduled again, next time, make sure the template for the event isn't a wild card people keep asking about but largely receive neither what they ask about or a conclusive response.
I was thinking of an invasion mode (without cannon) or a giant game of advanced conquest (which is still just a theory).
