Can you elaborate on why Brabant and Holland are independent factions? As far as I'm aware, they were part of the Holy Roman Empire.

How do you join the knights in the tournaments? I've taken over a large chuck of land and have like 6-8 lords that pledged themselves to me. Would like to know how to make myself nobility without giving up my kingdom so far, thanks so much!

Ils n'apparaissent pas sur la carte mais ils devraient être là come un amélioration de village
