I expect most clans and regiments who wish to attend will choose to use their own teamspeak for the actual event, but we will have our own up and running as a central hub for communication with everyone. We will ask all clan and regiment leaders to join us for an explanation of the rules, and for ease of communication if need be. Also, if we choose to allow public players to join the event, then it will be mandatory for them to join our teamspeak for the entire event. All the details about teamspeak will be released along with the rules in the main thread later this week :smile:

Oh god, memories, its been ages since I have seen Pub lines in events.  :lol:

Ah well we haven't finalised a time yet so it is possible for it to be changed  :grin:
 
If all goes to plan then the Server will be up and ready tomorrow for some stress testing and other forms of testing for a few players agreed by myself and GMG.

I with my warband think that saturday at 18.00 will be the best time. I have a lot of russian friends that like to participate in such events but 19.00 is to late. We will be hapy if you make event erlier.

Despite the game not being what we expected, we are still going to host the event and so we have opened official sign-ups - event date & time have been updated
