Escape'ing screens + selling loot

1) Pressing ESCAPE in the inventory screen = pressing the done button
This basically goes for any screen in my option since I like to minimize the mouse-usage. As well as the save screen, add the option of pressing ESCAPE as well as the "Return to game" text.

2) Selling loot by right-clicking the item you want to sell.
It gets tireing to left-click, move to left and left-click again for every loot item I've got.

If you press Ctrl then click on an item it sells it without needing to drag it, the same applies for buying.
