SP - UI [ESC] or [Tab] Button should "Leave" All areas

ESC Button closes interactions like trade or recruit but not "back" from in-settlement-menus like hostile actions etc.
It annoys me to always have to click "Leave".

Is that bug or feature?

Trade-view can´t be closed with [Tab], I need [Esc] ...
