Summary: for a day now that I have not been able to access the multiplayer for this "unable to destroy your old previous game session" error. Help me please to solve!!

still nothing, it is from Friday evening that the problem persists ... everything got stuck after a game in skirmish mode. It is not possible, do something as soon as possible.The problem is not only mine, it happened to all the players present in that moment
