Need More Info error of not being able to start the game despite reading and trying many ways in steam

Users who are viewing this thread

I can't start the game even though I've tried many things. Currently on my device are storing both game parts: mount&blade warband and bannerlord. Specifically, I have researched on related forums, including Steam and this forum, but most of the ways I have researched and tried have not worked and I still cannot access the game, so I hope to receive support from you. you as soon as possible to fix this annoying problem

After that, I upgraded the ram to 24gb ram and 1tb with 2 empty slots in the machine, but clearly I played very comfortably in part 2, even installed a lot of mods and added high settings to the game. The game is still very smooth but when I download it from steam and start the warband game, the result is that it cannot start. I also tried tips and solutions on many forums, but what's worth noting is that I couldn't find the rgl_config.txt file despite trying many ways.

In addition, I also received an error message like this.

what this mean?

As I said, I can't find the document file despite trying many ways can you give specific instructions about the document file? Or can downloading on the Steam platform cause the error? There is also a problem, which is that I can't turn on DirectX 12, I also installed an additional DirectX End User, but that's obviously no problem, right? So what is the reason

Let's try a clean install.
CLEAN INSTALL
To help you fix the issue you are experiencing, please try the clean install method. The clean install method is removing every single game-related file from your computer and reinstalling the game. Why do you need to remove the game when you just want to remove the modifications? Unfortunately, some of the modifications do not just add a new modules folder but also change or add contents to the existing modules folder. Without a reinstall, we can't be sure files are unchanged. You can find more information about how to do a clean install here.
