ERROR. Game Wont Start

Hello everyone. I just installed the game and it wont launch. Every Time When I click PLAY it redirects me to the Singleplayer/Multiplayer mini screen, then I click play singleplayer, then The only thin I see is a white screen with the Bannerlord arrow.
Then Application Crash:
The application faced a problem. We need to collect necessary files to fix this problem. Would you like to upload these files now?
Then Bannerlord stops working, the Crashuploader says:

Same problem mate. Since the majority of them have this problem, we are likely to have a limit of recording problems. I believe they will solve it as soon as possible.

I hope they fix it soon i have had this error since Releade date i havent played The game yet

Same issue. Tried multiples fixes (deleted Modules\SandBox\ModuleData\Languages\CN; Tried run as adm; some changes in Steam configurations; reinstaled with antivirus disable; Win 7 updated, so is the video drivers... but nothing works, i havent played 1 min of the game, it crashes when i click new game/campaing. *the Option section in the main menu is also not working, only shows audio config but i canot click in it*.

It's spread across Win 10 and Win 7 users so it cannot simply be one OS or the other being the sole issue. It's always some variant of crash at launch... some get the white screen and various error messages, some get the splash screen, some do not, others (like me) simply do not get any response at all from the game. Running the executable results in nothing showing up.
