Need More Info "Error Cannot create config data."

When changing any setting I get this error and all setting go back to factory after closing.

Deleted config file, changed between read-only and not, reinstalled, verified game files. None have worked so far.

Did you format your PC or changed your OS to a different location from when you first installed your game?

Nope, neither.
It was a fresh install about 2 1/2 months ago, about 5 weeks before I actually played the game for the first time after installing.

It seems Keybindings does not reset

I also have this issue. I did a clean uninstall deleted the folders and still comes up as error config after noticing a few hours of gameplay. Deleting the config folder temporarily worked then it came back when I tried changing the settings again. Would nividi gforce experience have anything to do with it ?
