I have noticed this but i
t can be an advantage, they are all together and you work your way to them or thru them to interact with one of them, less time than running up stairs to get to one of them. If you cannot by any means get to one of them, that is worth reporting and I wish you luck.

It is not necessarily a bug, but indeed a missed opportunity, relatively simple "fix" to boost immersion.

From my experience there are only 1-5 seating spots where noble ai sits on depending on specific keep scene. Sometimes only the throne.

OK, it is understandable if you are trying to make a video, and the game just looks messed up. I'm so used to "work arounds" in this game that this seems like a small thing, but I'm not making videos. Good luck. I'm requesting a stable version of the game, not what we now have.

No unfortunately its a bug, and its a very old one, its there since 1.6 probably way before. I mean there is literally no reason to enter keeps, but when I do once in a while to speak to king or anyone its incredibly annoying to see 15+ npcs spawning on top of each other at the corner of a room, I wouldnt say its not a bug, it definitely is.
