I've thrown together lists of equipment and modifiers. You can find it here.

I may have missed some things, so feel free to point them out. And yes, it's ugly...

Edit: Updated for 0.632. Several changes were made.

* Charger's speed decreased to 8, charge increased to 30
* Several shields have better durability
* war bow damage reduced to 28
* long bow damage increased to 29
* heavy crossbow damage increased to 67
* hunting crossbow damage increased to 45
* throwing knives and daggers had speed increased
* Bows now require points in power draw instead of strength
* Throwing axes and jarids now require a point in power throw

After that I stopped keeping track. Probably more changes in there...

Does the longbow have the longest range?

Also, you've missed a modifier. I have a 'watered-steel' nomad saber that does 30c (and it has speed 9:cool:.

I don't know what the deal with the long bow is. It seems worthless, but I don't know if there is some hidden metric that makes it worthwhile.

'watered-steel' is +2 damage and +2 speed then. I'll add that, thanks.

Watered Steel is just 2+ damage and 2+ speed then. So, then a Watered Steel fighting axe really isn't worth it.

I'm not sure, but I could swear for bigger weapons(Great Axe) the bonuses were much higher.

Looking through the data files (not sure why I didn't do that in the beginning) I'm missing a few things. If anyone knows what the following modifiers do, let me know.

Modifiers:
poor
old
temperate

Edit: Thanks [P]aradox. I got the rest of the weapons.

Broadsword:
2.0
28c
88
100
requires 8 strength

Great Axe:
7.0
39c
81
120

requires 13 strength
bonus against shields

Food, Ale? They don't seem to be implemented yet. Ale and Wine have a 50/50 so I guess they can be consumed. That's all that those things sound like they could be for.

From what I've seen they are the same. But if you see something that doesn't fly let me know.

Cood be. I haven't seen them in the game, but I didn't see the watered-steel one either. "temperate" may be a horse modifier.

Also there's 'large bag' of arrows that have 25 instead of 24 in them. I've only seen them for +1 arrows though.

I put a note at the top of the weapon page about "large bags". You can get them for all thrown weapons and ammo, even the barbed and bodkin arrows.

A couple things I noticed when looking at this list.

1. (As mentioned above) Is the long bow useless? Why does it have the biggest strength requirement and yet the same damage as the strong bow?

2. Are "hide boots" supposed to have an armor value of 4?

3. I just don't get the strength requirements on weapons. Shouldn't crossbows have a strength requirement? Maybe less than bows, but it still takes something to pull it into position. It doesn't really make sense to me that a character with 4 strength can wield a sniper crossbow. And then the rest of the requirements just seem odd. Why does the falchion have an 8 requirement, but you can wield a scimitar without any? Maybe this just hasn't been completed yet.

Interesting.

Is it possible for you, or anyone, to compile a list of the individual costs for all these items.

Some of those items must be rare indeed. I ask this because I've never seen reinforced or hardened black armour, even at level 30. I would love to have a hardenred/reinforced black armour + helmet + boots setup.

Is there any difference between the hardered or reinforced modifier other than the name?

Is it possible to find any item with any of those modifiers? For example, could I potentially find a watered-steel great lance?

I put in the 'base cost' for each item. I found that the first merchant in a new game sold things for about 162% of 'base cost'. I assume your trading skill affects it, but I don't know what other things will affect the price you can buy it for (or sell it for).

I don't think you can get hardened black armor. I think hardened is for the leather varieties and reinforced is for the metal types. I also don't think you can get any item with any modifier. If I can figure out a way to tell which are applicable, I'll update the sheet with them.

I added the possible modifiers for each item. Horses and shields can have all the possible mods listed, but the rest are listed individually. Not the most intuitive document, but I think you'll get the idea...

Excellent job!

The work on items and modifiers is very much incomplete at the moment. In time, we will hopefully make each weapon have different strengths and weaknesses and represent different kinds of trade-offs.

No problem. Hopefully, others will find it useful. I kept going from store to store thinking "did I just see a better whatever at the last store"? I finally started keeping a list and then the above was born.
