In the military you can blow up things legally. Ever seen the result of a mortar hitting a cow? I saw the aftermath and it wasn't pretty at an RAA test fire range. Poor Betsy, she (maybe a he, not sure as there wasn't much left of her) should of stopped at the fence and she might have still been alive today.

I plan on joining either the Navy or Air Force as a JAG officer. I still get to be a lawyer, and in the military at the same time without sacrificing my time or my life. Not overly cushy, or the most profitable way to use a Law Degree, but I like the prestige and perks that come with being in the military.

Careful with that wiz, recruiters lie. A lot. JAG training doesn't carry as well to the civy side as you might think. Military procedure, and civilian law can be very diffrent at times. We have some lawyers haunting around here somewhere, ask them.
