Epic Gamse don't have last patch version, why?

Hello, I wanted to ask why Epic Gamse does not have the latest version of the Mount and Blade 2 Bannerlord game, now there is a version of patch 1.1.5 installed there, but there is the latest version of patch 1.2.0

They always take longer to get patches, it's just something about how they receive and vet updates. I don't think they get the beta versions (1.2+ is beta).
