I keep trying to join an army but I don't get the option. I have more than 5 reputation and a positive relation with the lord, but when I talk to him it doesn't give me the option. Help?

At first: It's my very first post here so I feel obligated to tell you (which I'm doing with a pleasure) that Brytenwalda is the greatest, most detailed and honey-flavoured Warband mod I played so far. I admire the multitude of choices contained in this mod, the difficulty level (when you're playing at 100-110% difficulty) even if it's sometimes frustrating. Great job, gentlemen (and ladies, of course, if present in Brytenwalda Team) - it certainly is pure joy to play this decent mod. However I didn't wrote this post only to compliment, so:
Since I have not find adequate topic to report bugs, I'm writting here because bug (or rather overlooked thing) is all about enlisting to armies. The nature of a bug makes it "Freelancer" mod bug and not strictly Brytenwalda bug but it should be fixed also in Brytenwalda.
Recreating bug:
1. Join an army.
2. Retire from an army immediately.
3. Repeat.
More greedy ones could add "Sell all the equipment you just received." between 1. and 2. but it doesn't provide much income (about 200+ scillingas per time). Anyway - why do I consider it a bug? Because every time you retire from an army you getting 1000 experience points and +21 relation with a lord you're speaking with. *Every* time so it takes about 1 minute to gain 100 relation and 5000 exp. Besides obvious profits you can also connect it with "stop a war" quests given by guild masters in which you have to convince two lords to agree for a peace (and you can do it "in sake of our friendship" which cost you some of relation with that lord) and - after you complete that quest - you receive 12000 scillingas.
If anyone reported it before - I'm sorry for taking your time.
