The opening post with all download links was last edited on 24 May 2013. The source files were uploaded to mediafire on 22 May 2013 (link in OP). Given the proximity of these dates, I would hope that if you download the source files from mediafire and compile them they 'should' include the cumulative patches.

First of all I would like to thank you for the wonderful work. I'm playing M&B in the middle of 2022.WOW ! But I need help I don't know what I'm doing wrong but I can't give castles to my companions. I do not find the option and Would like to have some help since it is very difficult to have to manage several castles alone. I started a new kingdom by annulling the oath I took to the king of Sweden but I returned the lands I had conquered will be the mistake that does not allow me to give fiefdoms...
