Enhanced smoke in Old Frontier?

Hi, Gabby and the modding team. Once again, many grateful thanks for a visually amazing and fun mod. Outstanding efforts, really. I have always loved this period of time in history.

I just wanted to know if there was a way to enhance/add smoke to muskets and such in a way that some smoke comes out of the pan after firing, not just the muzzle. Just like in 1776 

I'll have to admit I am a bit of a perfectionist and I would love to know such details, thank you very much.
