Resolved Engineer - Metallurgy perk not working 1.8.0

Summary: The metallurgy perks seems to not be working in 1.8.0
How to Reproduce: Level up Engineer until the metallurgy perk is available, pick the perk, fight a battle, nothing's changed in the loot

If i recall correctly this issue should be fixed on the latest version of the game.

Haven't tried with e1.8.1 or 1.9.0 yet, will look into it
