Resolved enemys stuck in the mountains/walls

Hi, I have a problem that i didn't have in previous versions of the game. (my version is e1.4.1.231343)

the problem is that during a battle the last 1 or 2 enemys are stuck in walls during a castle battle or in a mountain. my troops can't hit them and they can't leave the mountain because my troops are charging them. (in battles i can work around this by ordering my troops to move to a certain position so the enemy can leave the mountain, but this ofcourse doesn't work when i am fighting side by side with an ally who's troops i don't command. <a href="https://ibb.co/8Y9rP5t">
