I have 2 save games, 1 being swedish and the other being Muscovite, both +200 days and both at war with the Polish Commonwealth. I've been beating these dudes for soooo many times in a row, yet somehow after a day the 100+ armies are back. No knocking uncouncious ****, no nothing. It's impossible to advance since I conquer a castle, beat all armies and after a day they are back at the castle with no garrison. So far this is only happening with the Polish dudes, since on my Sweden savegame I'm at war with every faction except the Muscovites and the Cossacks leave me alone all the time, they sometimes come with their king but I come with my king as well wich has +400 troops and I win (I'm also the marshall). So far I have conquered 4 big cities of theirs (Lublin Minsk Slutsk Polotsk and all the castles except those near Krakov and Lviv and it's really hard to defend all of them.
I tried saying to the lords "patrol around..." when we conquer a new city but they seem to go way too far from it and they don't hide in it to protect it while being besiged. I only manage to drag a few to follow me and have a +200 army but against a +800 army it's difficult. Anybody knows how to deal with this? Shall I just conquer everything at once and stop worrying about defending what I just got?
NOTE: My character conquered all of this but it seems like the king won't give everything to me so I can't put garrison by myself.
