Enemy lords letting me recruit in their land

Not sure if this is a bug or intended, but it makes no sense for me. I can talk to enemy lords and ask them permission to recruit in their lands. And the answer always is:

My relation with the lord is 0, but I have a lot of renown. Anyway, if our kingdoms are enemies....

Fix this or something, please

New problem of the same aspect is :

When you ask them to recruit on their lands , if you fail to have the minimum renown - 150 - and relations with lord - 5 - the lord will NEVER again have this dialoge options available, making it IMPOSSIBLE TO RECRUIT SOLDIERS ON THE LORD'S LANDS NO MORE. Also, if said lord loses the initial fief, another lord takes ownership over it, the dialoge won't pop out no matter what. I had every noble with at least 5 renown and double checked this issue, had 150 renown at ALL TIMES.

Please, fix this.

P.S : I have the game with the "recruitment easy" feature, in global options.

Exact. In easy mode you dont need to ask for permission.

For villages, yes. But what about towns and castles? The easy recruitment settings for that do not cover those places.

Also, the problem I just stated is real. Are you sure there are no bugs on that part? Please, do check it. I have problems with it.

Can you tell me a specific castle you can't recruit from?
