When running game with player death enable it makes sense to have a small chance that enemy Lord's could die in battle as well and even might give the player a slight increase in renown and a small negative relation to the family of the fallen noble.
I have noted in the after battle summary that enemy Lord's have been marked in the dead colum but they are still up for capture and reward or release.
I assume that is abug and that the Lord shouöd be dead.
