Picked a fight with a neutral clan and quickly became enemies. Forgot about it after awhile and tried to become a Vlandian vassal but was told no due to being enemies with a clan Vladia is not enemies with. The clan would not accept a peace deal so the only way I could deal with this was to execute all the members. I then defeated, captured, and executed all the members to make the clan be labelled as defeated.
After all of that, I still cannot become a vassal because it says I am still enemies with that clan.
