Enemy Archers Bug

Enemy archers (thieves, bandits etc.) do not attack together with their fellows, instead, they are waiting at spawn... waiting to get killed

You misunderstand.

He claims (and I can confirm the bug) that some enemy troops, when in battle, refuse to attack and just stand by the spawn point, idle, while the rest of the enemy army marches forward to fight as normal.

I am experiencing the same issue as well, although I had not noticed it was specifically archers to do this.
