Resolved Endless loop of "I want to attack you"

Problem: NPC wants to attack me and opens conversation in a loop.

Reason: Army attacks Player, Player pays the army for peace. Army does not understand what is going on and still wants to attack, cause thats the main reason for the first contact.

Solve? Well wait for a long time and talking to that army for about 10-20 times. After some time the army goes its way.
