Endless loading screen when entering to cities

I accepted a mission to find a spy in the city of Pen Cannoc. But whenever I try to enter the city it never stops loading.
I´ve seen that some people are having the same problem with hideouts.

It's sad to have so many bugs with simple stuff like entering a town

It seems to only affect Pen Cannoc and the Sea Raider Hideout from the information I have found.

I can confirm, this happened to my when trying to enter sea raider hideouts and Pen Cannoc.

Same happened to me. I even got a crash when I left the city of Galend. And now i just tried attacking an hideout resulting in an endless loading.
