End of campaign.

I finished the campaign in 4 years, I have a good army, I have several fiefs, my younger brother and sister are still teenagers, I have my own faction, I have a lot of money, but I don't know what to do next.
There seems to be no point in capturing the map, there is no point in joining another faction, and there are no other tasks.
I would like the player to have some kind of global task, but now I am thinking about what to do next.

I liberated Calradia, but it still fights, even with me, the game will maintain a state of war indefinitely, but there is no point anymore, it's the end of the game.

No point in conquering the rest of Calradia? So why did you bother doing the campaign and assembling the dragon banner if ypu weren't going to conquer Calradia?

it seems that the game is missing something, as if it was not finished, but abandoned at the stage of early access, when all the mechanics are already there, but there is no detailed development yet.
It was unfortunately abandoned ages ago. If your a PC player your good download mods, if your on console
🎶 you've officially been chopped and screwed
Screwed-screwed
Chopped-chopped
And screwed 🎶

Saddly very true, back in 2023, you couldn't even complete the campaign before an update with new content was added. Now it's rare that we even get a patch for the bugs, and all the achievements that have been broken since day of release are still broken to this day. Makes me wish my Pc was working because there achievements where fixed a year ago.

I should have had the swordbearer achievements a long time ago, but it still hasn't popped to this day. Although I am happy that I'm not prone to executing anyone other than Caladog (how anyone in game can be unhappy about me executing him for high treason is beyond me), because I would have been heartbroken if I had tried to get the Best served cold achievement, Only to realise it's broken as well.

The developer has nothing to do with your vision and your desires, the game was available in early access for review, this is how it looks now, if you expected something else, then it's your problem. There is a refund procedure.
*VVL99 used confusion*
I kid i kid but I feel like you were coming at me (unsure as to why)but when I look down at the rest of what you said it seems like you are agreeing with me . The fact that the game is unfinished is literally and they sold it, a refund doesn’t do anything for the big question of “What if we had better diplomacy? What if my lords rebelled against me and split the kingdom? What if you could actually declare vengeance on a clan?”

We are talking about the fact that the game is simply not finished, i.e. abandoned at the development stage, the storyline does not lead the player to the logical conclusion of the game.
The solution could be for the player to reach a logical point, after which the game would start generating events again, leading the player to the beginning, but at the moment, upon completion of the plot, the game ignores events and the AI is not included in the course of history, the AI lives its own life during the game, without reacting and not pursuing the idea of the plot.
I'm not really sure what you're expecting to happen. The population of Calradia may be grateful that you destroyed the empire, preventing them from destroying "barbarian" culture, but why would that stop the other kings and vassals from wanting to fill the power vacuum that was left behind.

A recurring thing that is mentioned by all rulers is that there wasn't really a good reason to fight the empire, they just wanted to fight. Derthert caved to the demands of his war hungry vassals because Neretzes called him a traitor for not showing up to help. Caladog went to war because he believed it was their right, and expresses pride and joy in massacring an entire legion of soldiers. Raganvad is big mad because his father died, by going to war. The Khuzait are practically invaders, and the Aserai think fighting is just a way of life at this point.

The empire was an easy target because they were a worthy enemy, but nothing short of total subjugation is going to stop the remaining factions from going to war over the pettiest of reasons. Historically speaking that is how it's always been.

I totally agree, if we are going to go so far as to conquer the empire, why stop there just because the story ends there. The other kingdoms aren't going to stop unless someone bashes their heads together, so we may as well conquer the whole of Calradia

Bandits took over the city.

Or maybe the city itself went over to the bandits, it’s not clear.

You can install mods on the PC, but you can't install them on the console. The question also arose when new states would be added.

Don’t have a computer?
On the computer not only mods can be installed, they can be done yourself, I made a mod where everyone fights against everyone from the very beginning of the campaign and you can not conclude the world, but I have not played with my mod yet.

You can even make a mod where some of the lands have already been captured by other factions and some clans have already gone over to the invaders' side.
